Reporting a Wrong Answer
If a calculator shows a time you believe is incorrect, please include:
- the page URL
- your time zone, for example, America/New_York or Asia/Shanghai
- the current time on your device when you saw it
- the answer the page showed, and the answer you expected
With those four details we can usually reproduce the problem straight away.
Privacy Requests
If you want to know what data we hold about you, or want it deleted, write to the same address with “Privacy request” in the subject line. See our Privacy Policy for what we collect and what we do not.
Advertising and Press
For advertising, sponsorship or press enquiries, email the address above with “Advertising” or “Press” in the subject line.
What We Cannot Help With
We can only check what our own pages display. We cannot tell you the exact time something happened on someone else's device, recover a deleted log, or verify a timestamp for legal, medical or financial purposes. For anything where the exact time matters legally, use the official clock or record held by the organisation that issued it.
